I don't recommend taking any drug before the exam if you have not used to do so.

Taking a drug for the first time is not a good idea, the effects are not very predictable.

If you have significant exam anxiety or phobia then you might want to consult with a psychiatrist. There is also a useful thread about this issue here Exam phobia Panic

Let's see if other members have used it and they might post their replies.

Thumbs Up it did help me

I used it once during my med school when I was sitting for the first yr final exam. it had helped me to calm down considerably and i was able to give my exam with out blunders and nervousness. i do plan to take it again, when i appear for my step and if i feel to nervous. so i would recommend it..the exam is too important to mess it up just becoz you were feeling nervous. but of course that is for me. you have to decide for urself what is the best.

If you-re going to use it, use at least 4 times before to see if you have any adverse effect...

I was thinking about using it before Step 2 CS, since you can get tachycardic and very anxious... but don t know.. we need to face life's difficulties without the use of any kind of drugs...
