Default Guidance of how to go about the Books for Rotations/step2

Got a question for you veterans if you will please, I'm overwhelmed by the amount of books/resources that are at my disposal for the wards/rotations and I'm still about a month away from the start of my Rotations....could someone guide me as to where I should start especially something which will help me out in Step 2 as well please....cuz I've heard raving reviews for MTB 2ck, and a couple of Washington Manuals etc....but I've recently been reading over Dr. Ferri's Practical guide to the care of medical patient....and I gotta say I'm impressed with that book, but If someone would guide me in the right direction that would be AMAZING!

thanks guys.
