Default Signing Credentials For Verification

Hi all,

At last, my school called me saying they recieved a "letter" from the ECFMG asking them to verify the enclosed documents! It's been about a year since I sent my diploma, and ECFMG sent those papers about 4 times!

Now comes the problem, my school informed they have PRINTED the vice dean's name (Dr. A) on the papers, for he's the one authorised to be signing such papers and the ECFMG know him..they told we will inform you of the progress. A few days ago they called, saying that Dr. A has decided to resign to pursue another post in the school, and that he won't sign anymore school papers, so they signed it from a temporary vice dean, (Dr. H), till they elect the new vice dean..and they stamped the papers by the school's seal.

I went mad and ran to my school when I heard this, now my papers have a signature that is different from the printed name, I told them to deal with this. They said that they already sent Dr. H's name to ECFMG so that they know he's now authorised instead of Dr. A, I nearly cried that this would take ages, and also, it doesn't explain why Dr. A's name was printed on the papers in the 1st place..even if the papers have the school's seal..

At last, my school had pity on me, and told me that they will try to convince Dr. A of the severity of the situation, and may be he will agree to sign those papers..

Now I am waiting for them to call, but I keep thinking, isn't having TWO signatures and ONE printed name, wrong?

What do you think, guys? Sorry for the long post..
