Hey,
I haven't come across the checklist.. but i can tell you from my experience as my exam was a week ago.

Documents
Scheduling Permit
Government issued ID

Food
Small lunch
Juice
Chocolates
Water
Coffee

Emergency
Medicines for any particular condition you may have which might impair your efficiency on the exam day.(eg. migraine)

Between breaks we are allowed to refer to books so in case you have any notes/formulae/mnemonic etc. which you find difficult, noted on a piece of paper for a quick glance.

I guess thats pretty much it. make sure you print your scheduling permit several days ahead of your exam.

I hope this is helpful

You know what ? I've heard before that you actually can , but I find it hilarious in a way !! it's like they're saying " OK, I'm giving you an hour break in a 9 hours test knock yourself out , go to the bathroom , eat , drink , smoke_hopefully_, relax & read some of your notes in whatever time you have left "
I think there's only enough time to Exhale after each block !!
