Thumbs Up Documents to be send for ECFMG certification

Hi guys,
i dont know if there is any post like this existing.
This is a list i made while doing my ECFMG papers and it helps lot of my friends.So i though of sharing it here.Might help some of you..

The documents to be mailed

1)FORM 186

2)FORM 187

3)FORM 344

4)FORM 345 --- 2 COPIES

5)PHOTO --- 1(No need to attest)

6)MEDICAL DIPLOMA ---2 COPIES with sign,seal and designation of principal & college and ECFMG ID No.

7)TRANSCRIPT ----2 COPIES with sign,seal and designation of principal & college and ECFMG ID No.

8)CRRI/HOUSESURGENCY /INTERNSHIP CERTIFICATE ---- 2 COPIES with sign,seal and designation of principal & college and ECFMG ID No

9)MARK LIST ---.-2 COPIES with sign,seal and designation of principal & college and ECFMG ID NO.

I am new here.I just payed 65$ on ecfmg for certification,whats next?i cant find anything about what to do next?
