Listening food for thought

I know this is random but i would like to know people thoughts on this subject.

anyone believe in more of a natural way of healing and treating? I am in med school also learning about all the drugs and all but all the side effects and contraindications just makes me cringe. anything do or read anything about juicing and doing a juice fast?

im a firm believer that yeah we need drugs but adding natural treats also can help healing in a better way

I try to keep my house with few junks (or sometimes none) and more of healthy food... So you have no option but those healthy food. I keep an apple for midnight snacks (if I get really hungry while staying up)... Even during the day my snacks are fruits...
My friend and I are doing the myfitnesspal to keep track of our calories so we both cant really eat junks... So may be you should start that... And you will feel guilty when you go over ur calories..

Default food for thought

Yeah, natural foods are healthy for staying fit and healthy. I eat plenty of fruits like apple and banana rather than oily and junk foods. Natural foods are very healthy as compared to junk foods. So you should go for fruits instead of junk foods.

Im actually a big juicing person. i dont go a day without juicing something great. i go to class and everyone tries to guess my concoction :-) beets, apples and ginger is my fav.

i actually want to do a juice fast.. but with stressors of studying and not wanting to go through the detox symptoms whilst studying hold me back :-(

there are far better things than apples alone. kale, spirulina, broccoli, beets, ginger.....
