Help echo de la penses

Dear friends, who are reading this note hope this note finds u all in a coordinated mood .
But I am not. I am about to join my intern. For the last 1 year I was pretty sure I will go 4 usmle downloaded all d study materials. Now during the decision time I am confused. I love my country . it is disturbing me now that I will leave my poor people. by the way taking my public service exam here probably will rock this exam. problem is my wallet is not that strong. If I leave my motherland Australia will be a cheaper adventure. there after part 1 I can get a job as my uncle is doing. part 1 cost me 300 USD more or less. And there skill migration project available so visa in not a problem. but USA is the dream. so May I scream out for help? I am meditating 4 last 3 days 4 god to whisper in my ears. no answer yet. tiring usmle scaring me. I would not have been threatened but wallet is a fear here. if any exam backfires I mean low score it will be tough to swallow. I am not interested to use my dad's wallet.

Why is USA the dream and not Australia? You would live well and get great training in either country, although you would make a lot more money in the US and probably have more options sooner about where you could practice. Do you have friends or family here in the US? That might make it easier. But it will be expensive, and it's very competitive and getting more so every year. Having an uncle in Australia would help you there, if only so that he could guide you in the steps necessary to do what you want to do. Are you planning to go back to your country eventually, or to try to bring your family to wherever you are in the future? I'm not trying to say don't come to the US - just wondering what other things you're thinking about besides the USMLE vs the AMC exams and the ease of licensure. Good luck with your decision!
