Default Medical Electives

Hi you guys.

I have a problem. I am desperately trying to find electives, but I'm having the hardest time finding anything. I am applying to Harvard, but due to some issues with immunization paperwork, I will only (hopefully) be able to apply for August&September. I would also like to do something in July.
Does any of you know about hospitals/universities accepting international students from non-affiliated universities and w/o sponsors?
B/C I cannot seem to find anything.
Cleveland and Mayo are out of question. I've looked into electives.us, but the list seems to be quite old and I did not find one place that would take me.

What do you think about medclerkships? Are they legit? I've been reading mixed reviews. I know they are overpriced, but at this point, I am desperate to find ANY way to get a good USCE.

Please, please, please. Does anyone have some insight?

What was your experience with them? It looks like it's for students not for graduates, am I right?
