Listening Letter of Recommendation; Should I waive my rights!

hey guys i have a question i graduated in 2009 and i took letters from my faculty when i finished my school...now i m gettin new updated letters of recommendation from them....i didnt know anything about waiving the right to see ur letter....can someone please help me understand tht???

in ecfmg website its written tht if u waive ur letter then send ur AAMC cover letter and document submission form to the letter writer....i m not getting any of this.....cant i send the letters myself once i get them alongwith the coverletter and document submission form....plss help its urgent

Waiving your rights is not a must.

You can yourself use the document submission form in your OASIS account and send the letters.

Waiving your rights is not a must it's just an option.
