New York NY State 3 month rule for electives

hi guys, i came across a rule tht states, ppl who hv done more than 3 months of electives outside of their country are NOT eligible to apply for residencies in NY State ..,.

so say, if i hv done 3 months of electives in NY, But a couple more in other states, does tht mean i m ineligible to apply for NY State ? or shall i drop my other USCE fron the CV .. n just show 3 months of NY electives only ..

it seems the extra effort i put in getting electives n working so hard there, all gone to waste ?

That rule only applies if you've received credit for your electives, which we international students don't. So don't worry, you won't be ineligible for anything. Keep working.

Good Luck.
