Question Is Pre-Med considered for ERAS

I did pre-med in a carib school, then I transferred to another school. Would I need to include those transcripts for ERAS or to residency programs?

I have good grades, but since there is a gap I'm afraid that it'll raise questions and red flags. The medical school part of my career (excluding pre-med) is interrupted and on the transcript issued by the school I got the degree on, it is stated that I was a transferred student and it lists the courses however not the grade on them. Do I need to include transcripts from previous schools even if it was under-grad?
