Question Old grad ??!!!!

There's a question that's been on my mind for a while?
How long after graduation from your medical school you're still considered a fresh grad? & when to be considered an old one by the residency programs?

Arrow Old grad cut offs

The usual cut off is 5 years.
Few programs say 3 years.
Fewer programs say 3 years.
Very few programs say 10 years.
