Thanx for ur time: May i ask which university were u in ? Actually i am the first one from my university . So my question is that, as i already notarized my documents from China (which i guess all the universities do the same ), so do i need to notarized them again here and then send them with form 186 to my university. and who will be the person to get them signed and send them to ECFMG ?

I graduated from Zhengzhou.

Once you print out the form 186, you notarize part 1, in pakistan through a bank manager or whoever can do it there.(Not sure cos I reside in US and I had done mine here).
Anyway after you notarize you have to send that form to your school in China and then they notarize and seal part 2.and send that form directly to ECFMG.They can't send the form back to you and ask you to send it to ECFMG. Cos its a must that it will be sent by the school to ECFMG.
After that you wait for the ECFMG to contact you and tell u that they have received it and will notify you once its processed...That usually takes about 3 weeks.

My school charges 100 Yuan for sign and seal and then another 300 Yuan if you wish to send it through FedEx or DHL. I recommend that, cos China mail is very slow.I had to do it twice cos the first time it took more than a month to reach through regular mail.

You probably aware that you also need to send the certified english translation of your diploma if any part of it is in Chinese or other foreign language.

Take your time.Put things into order and then go for it.

I would be happy to help anytime.

Good Luck !

Aww, ren shi ni hen gao xing
I graduated from Hebei bei feng xue yuan, so who did sign your documents in your school before sending them to ECFMG, and who sent them for you ?

The headmaster of our medical colleague signed my 183 form. I think you should ask your teacher who is in charge of affairs of going abroad.Or you can search the ECFMG to see if there's an assigned person, his name, then go and find him.
Anyone before you have taken the exam from your school? you can ask them.
And you should ask the headmaster to give you an evenlope which has your school's address in English to prove that the letter is sent to ECFMG from your school, not from you. Then you can send the letter by yourself. Or you can pay your school to have them sent for you.
BTW, are you still in China?

Unfortunately nobody did before me in ma school, and also no one participate ECFMG web portal, and I am in Pakistan now. Anyhow, your info was helpful, i guess i should ask my friend to take an envelope from the school and send them personally, coz the lady which is responsible for foreign affairs is not that good, she even doesn't get ma call

1.Make sure that the person who will sign the 186 form is exactly the designated person. If not, the application will not be accepted. Ask your teachers if they know someone who graduated from your school and become a doctor in the US, and try to contact them. This is the method I used. Try all the methods you can think of to find out that person.
2. Make sure the address you write on the envelope is your school's. Our dean gave me an envelope with our school's address printed on it. If you are the first one who applies for the exam, I'm afraid there would be no such envelope. Let your dean sign on the back of the envelope to prove that the letter is sent directly from his office. And ask her/him if there's other way to prove that the letter is sent from her/his office. This is very important.
Good luck!

Is your school's english name Hebei North university?
Try to contact Liu Peifeng, I think he should be the person.phone number 0313-4029159. Or you can call ECFMG to find out the person.
