Question Productive/Useful jobs for an IMG-US resident while studying?

Im not sure if this topic has already been visited on the boards but I'd like to know what jobs are available to a Foreign MBBS Grad who is a USA resident.

More specifically paying jobs, that would look good on our CV's when we finally get done with our Steps and head into Matches/Interviews. Not jobs that have no relevancy in medicine and would provide no value in bolstering our CVs.

I know of Research jobs but they usually dont pay.

Im aware of:

-Physicians Assistant
-Medical Technician
-Lab Technician
-Pharmacy Technician
...but the problem with these are that they require some sort of schooling/courses/accreditation to apply for.

I know of Medical Assistant but am unsure if it really looks good on your CV or is worth it.

Any others that i am missing? Any unique or outside-the-box jobs/opportunities?

I know theres a lot of ppl in my position whom this post would benefit. Lets try Compiling a list and description of the job title. Thanks

We have been helping medical students and graduates with this issue for some time now.

"ACA’s Advanced Medical Assisting–Medical Residency Track program is designed to provide pre-residency candidates with extensive didactics, acculturation and multidisciplinary U.S. hands-on practical clinical experience that is highly prized by U.S. medical residency admission committee members. Graduates of AMA – MRT will be able to dully work as Certified Medical Assistants (upon passing of the NCCT exam) in order to retain their patient care exposure, and significantly increase their chances of securing medical residency interviews due to a complete medical residency application reorganization." http://advancedcolleges.us/formr
