Question Okay to publish as MD if you're BM BCh

So I've participated in research and we submitted it for publication; I didn't do the cover letter and just realized that it says MD instead of BM BCh (which is the degree on my diploma). Is this a big deal (and I should get it changed) or should I not worry about it at all?

Don't worry.

All doctors in USA are designated as MD, regardless of their original degree.
