Question Health care management (administration)

Dear everyone

I am about to graduate from a medical school in about a month, I was thinking of doing health care management/ administration diploma and then masters. I am thinking of Canada, thus can you recommend me a list of universities/ colleges that offer this.
+ What do u think are the advantages or disadvantages of doing health care admin over clinical residency?
