Unhappy Can't Sleep At Night

i am finding it very difficult to sleep on time and maintain the cycle
how do u guys manage it??
and the last 3-4 i have wasted a lot of time trying to reset my sleep cycle
....seems like deres no cure

that sure sounds like a good idea
and yes all the rest i have tried like no coffee and sleep meds
but cudnt get melatonin here

I think the glare from the computer screen tends to keep people up at night. I use a program called flux which reduces glare by adjusting the brightness automatically when the lighting in the room changes. It's free and it's been helping me go to sleep earlier than usual.

Thanks and i have downloaded flux. hope it prevents the eye strain too

lol that is right that what I do,30 min maximum an u will fall asleep.

Sports!! running!!! push ups...everything what u like to do!!! Without sport activity its impossible for me to prepare for USMLE

EVERY DAY at the morning i go for a jog. I run usually 30 min. it really helps me.

okk 1 more sleep related question
whats the best medicine for that night of sleep before the Test DAY
i have tried zolpidem so far, worked well for step 1 but
now it doesnt work sometimes and i feel like i m going to loose the memory
if i take it after a hard day of studying , probably just my imagination...
???
