You could apply for Physician Assistant school, some of them will validate your previous training, and yo May not need to take some subjects. There some nursing schools with special tracks for IMGs, where you can complete the training in a shorter times. Depends of your previous experience, and what do your feel more comfortable doing. You can also get Accreditation as an Optometrist, I know of cases in which IMGs (eye doctors in their countries ), just need to take an exam to get accredited and star working. Everything is a little different in different states

I hope it was helpful, GL

do a google search for "medical science liaison". that's an MD job for a pharmaceutical company. you can also search for "healthcare consulting" . getting an MBA online while working is also worthwhile and might even be more lucrative financially than being a clinician. an MD/MBA is a hot commodity on Wall Street. Non clinical MD careers are definitely the way to go if you decide not to pursue clinical medicine.
