Curriculum Vitae Phlebotomy and EKG certificates

i am just wondering that does EKG and phlebotomy certificates matter while applying for residency in any way?

I want to get phlebotomy license before i apply for match.

Should i get from NY or NJ or it does not matter.

Which organization like American Redcross etc is better to get these?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Venous access is done by nurses not residents. The exception is the low profile programs in NY and NJ that ask the residents to do that. Maybe for those programs it's a good idea to show them a phlebotomy certificate.

I don't know which organization provides the best certificate, I think any one is OK.
