Question 4 Years Post-Grad is Old Grad?

I am a medical graduate from south east Asia from a reputed institute. I graduated in late 2012... n now have started to prepare USMLE step 1. Will i be called a old graduate if i could apply for 2016 residencies? How are my chances of getting match if i score 250+ in both steps n pass CS at once? I have been involved in research regarding some high-altitude medicine trials. but only as a co-author.
Please give me some advice.....

Thumbs Up Yes you can

Yes. You'll have great chances. Four years is not a big deal if you are continuing to practice medicine and if you get 250+ then you can definitely get into residency.

I'm also a 2010 grad applying for Match 2016.

I think we're so doomed. Recently YOG is becoming even more important than scores. Sigh*

Any of you with 5 years + with average scores getting a good amount of interviews?
