Italy Is the Pathoma good for med school?

Hi to all,

I would like some suggestions regarding Pathology, but not related to the USMLE since I cannot take it yet. Specifically, I would need to know if Pathoma, which I've seen is really useful for the step 1, might be helpful as well for the preparation of my university pathology exam (in which is included just the organ-specific pathology but not the general part) in Italy.
I'm asking this question since videolectures are a really profitable way for me to learn, but Pathoma lectures are just 35 hours overall, including general part that I don't need, while my university's course is far more than 35 hours, then the lectures couldn't be enough for my exam prep. Any suggestions if I would buy Pathoma or not?

Thank you
