Default i am intelligent but dont want to do usmle!plz help

ok so heres the thing.i have a fiance with whom i have had 8 yrs relationship.he moved to usa in 2011.i graduated in 2011.he wasnt clear about staying in usa at that time and i was confused about doing usmle.

to cut the long story short i havn't done any huge usmle prep till now.i read on forums and its depressing since the only people wanting to find alternative careers in usa as docs are the ones who have failed usmle in some part.i know if i really want i can do well in the exam but i dont have the inclination to do it.i have always wanted to pursue something else after doing my graduation but my parents have wanted me to continue as a clinical doc.i try finding alternatives but no help.is there anyone who has a clue?

Hi,
you could try the pharmaceutical industry. There are several opportunities there. Go and create a linkedin account and look for jobs in this area.

Pursue what you wanna do. If you'll embark on a time consuming process, not to mention expensive, such as US residency just because your parents want you to, I'd say don't do it. Your life will be miserable. But if you have a change of heart and start to dream about working in the US as a doctor, then start now. Remember time is passing by. The later you start doing things the harder its gonna take to achieve it.
