Help Different Name Spelling on transcript and diploma as well as on passport

I am planning to take step 1 and in fact completed the online part of my ECFMG application, but the problem is that I have a different name spelling on my diploma and medical transcript and a third one on my passport as well as ECFMG application.
Now I do not know what to do?

Appreciate your kind opinion.

Thanks

I have checked the thread but my problem is that I have 3 different spellings for my name, one on my transcript and final yr result card, other on my diploma or degree and a third one on my passport, marriage certificate, US social security number and birth certificates. Now that I am in US I do not know what to do now.
