Listening New Immigrant, No longer a fresh graduate!

I am a physician and practicing pathologists in my country of origin for the past 10 years or so. I have recently migrated to the US this February 2011 and wish to pursue a medical career here.
What is your advice on how I should approach the USMLE as I am no longer a fresh Medicine graduate?

Arrow You can do it

Welcome to USMLE Forums and to the world of USMLE Prep!

Basically it's the same prep plan that "fresh" graduates are following that can be followed by you. The only difference perhaps is that you need to work harder to dig into your old memories and freshen up with updates.

I recommend you read through our list of recommended threads for Step 1 or Step 2 CK and get started with your prep.

You have to get ready for a long journey ahead of you but am sure you can make it into residency.

There are many successful old grad stories in our forums, check this out
