Listening I need information on how medical students take their exams worldwide

Hello. My name is Amr and I'm a medical student from Egypt.

As you all know, we're now living within a revolution in Egypt. This revolution involves all the aspects of life, and medical education is no exception.
Right now, my colleagues and I are working on developing the medical student evaluation system. However, more information is needed about how medical students are evaluated for their skills all over the world, as we have so many suggestions but we want our suggestions to be realistic and have better chances to be applicable in the real world.

Please tell me about how medical students are examined within medical schools all over the world. I need details about methods of exams in both basic and clinical sciences. Don't forget to tell me where you live and where you study medicine.

Your help will be greatly appreciated, as we're trying to make the best possible medical students exam system available for all of us. Once we're done with our system, I'll post it here for you to discuss. Thank you in advance.
