Calendar How long before the test can you change the date?

Hey
Does anyone know how long before the test can you change the date and location and how long does it take them to process it all?
Can someone reply asap plz

Default 5 days before NOON EST

if you go to page 6 of FIRST AID 2011.
Third paragraph of page 6 theres a Q that reads "What If I need to Reschedule the EXAM?"

So it should 5 days before NOON EST before your scheduled step 1 date.

i tried rescheduling but i keep gettin the msg that it has passed my cutoff point for ne modification. My exam is on the 18th and i am stll 5 days away from it!. tried callin them they are closed and will open on monday..can someone help me with this
