Please i want someone to mention the specialities i can get because i am about to pick some speciality here in my home country and want to correlate the experience here with my future major in US, i asked about cardiothoracic and neurosurgery, and they told me it's hard, what do you think? what do you suggest? what surgeries i can afford? can i afford anaesthiology? general surgery? radiology??

Well, theoretically speaking, with 249 you can choose any specialty you want. But realistically speaking, those highly competitive specialties like Derm, Neurosurgery, Opthalmology, Cardiothoracics, Plastics are still very hard for IMGs to get. But you could try...get US LoRs and USCE......have hope.
I think General Surgery and Radiology are both within reach for you and are easier to get.
Anesthesiology you can get it for sure.
good luck
