Certificate LoRs and Specialties

I will get all 3 LoR's from US physicians and all are for IM; I will apply for FM but I wanna use the same LoR's; on my ERAS account, I wanna edit the LoR's authors; I put their names and IM as a specialty; my question: do I have to put here besides IM specialty that those letters will be used for FM specialty or I just can use them later on when I will find some FM programs? I don't wanna click on 'Finalise' button and then regrete later that I can't use those letters for FM.....thanks to anybody who is willing to help.

Your question is not clear.

You have to assign your LoR into a specific specialty or you can leave them general.

You cannot assign the same LoR into two different specialties.

Hope you clarify your question more.
