Default failed step 1 once , my chances with contacts in minnesota

hi

im an old img , yog 2001, had a big gap of non clinical work , basically medical administration , had one failed attempt on step 1 but would clear it second time with good scores and lets say cleared step 2 ck and cs first attempt with good scores , what would be my chances matching into internal medicine or surgery in minnesota

my relative is a cardiac surgeon in minneappolis willing to help

guys advice what would be my realistic chances lets say

Probably 3%, as Minny has harsh USMLE step 1 standards
