Certificate how can someone get affirmation of work documents?

does anybody know what type of affirmation should we do to make our experience documents acceptable and trustworthy for program directors?
.. I have experience documents as working for years (with no gaps) from different hospitals overseas..some of these hospitals are 50 or 60 beds wide and, of course, not well-known... Any ideas ?

Default Generally you don't need documentation

Generally speaking you won't be asked to provide documentary proof of your work experience overseas.

Just mention them in your CV and in your ERAS account and you should be fine.

If you have some extraordinary achievements, such as a Diploma or a certificate of high achievement you can take them with you when you go for the interviews.

If you have a long work experience like for example more than 3 years at one place, it's wise to have an LoR from that place.
