Default Clinical Electives WITHOUT USMLE step 1

Hi! So basically I'll be doing my clinical electives in the summer of 2016, and I don't think I'll be doing USMLE any time soon. Thus far, I'm only able to find Harvard Med school to be one of the few that offer international students elective programs that does not require a USMLE result. Just wondering, are there other medical schools/centers/hospitals that I apply to?

P.S. Not entirely sure if this is the right part of the forum to ask this.

P.P.S. preferably oncology related

P.P.P.S. I'm a Canadian who's studying in a international Med school

Many thanks~~~

Yes, there's a recent post about an Elective inquiry by some user named CleverFox. Look the post up and there should be a link for possible electives. The list is useful
