Default Timeline advice

Hi everyone,
I am a medical officer from Singapore and I'm planning on applying for the 2016 residency match. I had a few questions which I hope some of you can kindly help to answer.

1. When is the latest date that I can take my exams?
I am planning on taking Step 1, and Step 2; CK and CS.

2. Can I assume that the results for the step 1 and CK may take up to 2 months to be released?

3. I have not obtained a date for my CS yet. Which date should I aim for?

4. I wanted to ask if CS was necessary for ECFMG certification.

5. How long does ECFMG certification take?

6. As such, should I be aiming to take step 1 and CK in end May so as to obtain the results by end July, giving 6 weeks for ECFMG certification?

7. Re CS, the results seem to be coming out a full 2 months later but I've been told the dates are tight? Do the results come out at the end of the reporting period? Can CS be done at the end of the year?

Thank you so much for your time!
