Default A slight negative comment in LoR!

Hi folks,

I received a LoR from a US faculty after a rotation I think I completed doing a good job. The faculty provided a copy of letter, and when I reviewed, it looked a very objective evaluation in my opinion.

My 2 concerns;

-Although 1 page letter mentions all good traits and medical knowledge I performed during clerkship, there is a comment through midway saying 'the student was under developed in that skill, however he improved and did a much better job by the end of month'. This is not exact wording per se but left a bad impression on me. What do you think?

-Second, letter mentions that although I waived my rights to see that, he sent me the copy. So, even if I waive on ERAS, would that look fishy?

Your input is highly appreciated!

Best and good luck.
