If you are a graduate of a Pakistani Med school then you are registered provisionally for 1 year. This is the time period for your house job. You have to go to the PMDC office to get your provisional registration certificate.

If you haven't done house job and you went straight to the US after passing the USMLEs then you will be considered as an MD as soon as you are ECFMG certified. I don't think you need even 2 years of medical training for it.
If you have done 2 years of training in a residency program then why not finish it and then come to Pakistan.
If your experience is not in a residency program then you will most probably have to do house job here and then enter into the FCPS training programs. Your MD won't be anything without a residency.
There is a slight chance that you might be waived of for the 1 year house job requirement. For that you will have to check the PMDC and the CPSP website.

Default PMDC registration

Thanks for the information! Can you be a bit more specific? I am not ECFMG certified. I did complete my MD degrees. Will I need to take a test to become registered with PMDC? Also I did not graduate from a Pakistani medical school but I did graduate from an approved medical school. Also, I dont know if it makes a difference but I am a US citizen, not Pakistani (although I am eligible to become one). I appreciate your help!

So you are an MD and you graduated from a medical school outside of Pakistan. Then ECFMG certificate does not matter. The ECFMG certificate is only for the US.

Most foreign qualified doctors have to take a test before getting registered with the PMDC, however there are a few exceptions of some Chinese and a few other medical schools. For that you will have to contact the PMDC itself because they know better if your medical school is listed in them.
