Question ECFMG certification having passed Day1 and Day2

I have cleared Day 1 Day 2 and Flex in 1993. I still have a valid ECFMG certificate. I have done fellowship in pediatrics from Pakistan. Can I apply for fellowship in USA.

If you have a valid ECFMG Certificate, you can apply for residency not fellowship.

For fellowships, you have to contact the pediatric fellowship programs and see if they accept you.

I know that some NICU and Pediatric Nephrology fellowships accept applicants without residency.

By the way, what do you mean by day1 and day2 and flex!

Thank you for a quick reply.Day 1 and Day 2 were the exams that were conducted before they started USMLE.I appeared in Day 1 and 2 in 1993 when they held it for last time.
FLEX is federal licensing exam from Pennsylvania that was held in 1994 for the last time which was replaced by usmle step 3.I wrote to ECFMG and they have send me a sticker to put on my certificate showing my English test is valid indefinitely.
i tried in 1993 and 1994 but coudnt get residency.do you think it is worth trying after such a long time, since my graduation year is 1987.
