Post The Road To Orthopedic Surgery Residency

Hello there! My name is Mudhar and I'm from Syria, and next year I'll be getting into the best medical school in my country (Damscus University Faculty Of Medicine), and I hope to get into orthopedic surgery after finishing medical school.
I was hoping that you can help me and tell me what can I do in the next year to increase my chances into matching in Ortho? And add more advices of you have any, anything would be helpful, but please don't try to tell me about impossible, because everything is possible.
My background (it may be helpful?):
1-my dad is A medical doctor, specialized in IM.
2-I have a very decent medical knowledge due to the last point and personal passion about medicine and Ortho specifically.
3-fluent in english language, OK in french, and still working on my spanish.
4-Hard working? Yes I'm hard working and pretty good academically.

Ah... I'm not sure what else I should add, I don't know what kind of factors affects My goal.
I hope you reply to me this time, unlike my last post (Which I admit it wasn't clear).
Thank you in advance to those of you who are going to reply.

Default USCE

A very important factor is how much USCE( U.S Clinical experience) you have and how many LOR's ( Letters of recommendations ) you have. Generally you should have a minimum of 3-4 months of rotations and 3-4 LOR's.
