Default Years from graduation counting starts before or after completion of internship?

This is a question that's been bugging me. I am from Bangladesh and here, after passing the final MBBS examination, we receive a provisional certificate stating we have 'passed the final examination for the degree of M.B.B.S' that we can use to obtain a temporary registration in the statutory medical register which is necessary to start a one year internship where we rotate through most of the departments of the hospital. Although we do get to use the title of a Dr. and are allowed to moonlight, we are given the proper certificate for the MBBS degree after completion of this internship.

I have just recently passed the final MBBS examination this April (2014) and will be starting my internship this week so my internship will hopefully, if all goes well, be done by June/July 2015.

So under these circumstances, will my years from graduation start from April 2014 or July 2015?

I would be very grateful for any input. Thanks in advance!

Year of graduation is the date you received your medical degree, so that would be at the end of the compulsory internship.
