Try getting it translated. I graduated from a Polish Medical School and had some Form 186 issues. Don't worry, everything will take care of itself. These are the so called bureaucratic black holes that all students hate.
Tell the ECFMG your situation, they will understand. Get things translated to and from English (it will cost some money so find a translator for a reasonable price. Be nice to the translator, they give discounts if you befriend them).
Good luck fellow IMG.

Default Try contacting your agent

you can try contacting your agent and explain to them, or you have to get hold of some junior and get the work done through him.

find out from others in your school who have taken the test how they went about theirs. usually there is a personnel in your school who is supposed to sign the documents. Most likely the dean of your department. also the seal /stamp of your school should be on the document and should be addressed to ecfmg as coming from " your school address" even if you are the one sending it yourself. it has to come from russia because technically it's your school who should besending the documents to ecfmg.

if the sign is not matched then the wrong person is signing the documents find out from your school who actually is supposed to sign those documents.

Default hi

Had the exact same issue today with my university!! (I study in Sofia, Bulgaria)
These burreaucratic countries just create problems instead of trying to help!!
I found out that it's possible to get the form officially signed at the american embassy!
I read the story of a fellow med student that had the same problem in Egypt and he got the form signed by the embassy and the ECFMG accepted it!!
I'm gonna try and do it tomorrow!!
I ll write to you again to tell you how it went!!

Hi, when I got rejected twice then I sent an e-mail and a written application ( through FedEx) to The Rector of my university and made a call to university office (phone number got from Internet) lady on phone was connected me to The Rector.I explained everything, he was agree to sign it and sent a application to ECFMG ( which means he"ll sign it onward). So I got accepted it. You can try but you have to talk to person who can make decisions, I my university The Rector is top most position. Good luck
