Question How IMGs get LoRs?

As an IMG what are the ways to get an LOR?? if anyone have any idea ..........plzz.......give some suggestions..

You get the LoR when you do some clinical rotation or when you have done some clinical job.

Your attending / Professor / head of Department / Boss ....etc can then write a letter recommending you.

He can say things such as your a good doctor, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, keen, active, have good communication skills, going on well with colleagues, ...etc

Then you can use that LoR when you apply for residencies in USA.

is an lor from my medical school in india from where i studied useful ,since we all do compulsory rotatory internship after final year in our college hospital.
