Listening Am I doomed?

Hello folks, i just saw my step 3 score and its horrible. I have step 1 241/99, step 2 ck 226/99, step 2 cs pass, all first attempt. 2 months of externship in the US with 3 US LORs. I graduated in 2009 from Bangalore medical college, India. Got 2 interview calls in 2010-2011 season and didnt match. I was very depressed and took my step 3 only to get a 193/78 (pass).

I want to know if I am doomed forever or is there any hope. I'm hoping for Med psych or just psychiatry or internal medicine. Any help with this question will be welcome.

Where did you do your rotations? Usually they look into that.

Why only 2 interviews with such a good score?
Did you apply in time?

Yeah why only 2 interviews? You either didn't apply to many programs or you didn't apply on time.....
