Certificate Pediatric LoRs for internal medicine

HEY!

Does anyone happen to know if US pediatric LoRs work for medicine specialty considering i have a US med lor also.

also I have a LoR from a doctor in hematology. will it work for medicine?? or not?

Hi, definitly the hematology LOR will work for IM.
the pediatric LOR if it is recommending you to pediatrics then you can use it only for peds but if it is recommending you to residency in general then you can use it. You can ask your LOR writer to recommend you to residency in general not to a specific specialty.

you can send to each program via your ERAS application max of 4 letters, however you may send to ERAS to upload to your ERAS account as many LORs as you want, but as I said each program can be assigned only 4 letters.
