Default LOR not dated

Hi guys this may seem silly, but I just saw my LOR and noticed that my attending didn't date it. Is that a huge problem? I just hate having to asking them to go through the process of uploading again and all.

Yea my problem is that I waived my right to see the LOR but the secretary gave me a copy. And then when I got home I noticed it's not dated. And my attending is a chairman so really want this be counted. I guess it would stupid on my part to risk it because of a date. I'll just talk to secretary and hopefully it'll get done. Grrr this whole process is so annoying

oh ya i think if you have option to recheck go check with the secretary. My attending won't upload it he just gave me the pdf version so i have no other choice but to upload it myself I am worried cuz my first choice is FM. Can i upload the letter ? or does it have to be via the attending only ?

U can upload it. But my attending wouldn't do it either. Most won't. But most are aware of the process and have their own AAMC log in and the secretaries usually do it. So maybe call up ur attending's office explain to them what ur letter is for. And humbly request and tell them that it look professional if the letter was uploaded from the dr. Be it that u have to do all the work from the dr's log in. You know what I mean?
