what is my chance if apply in late october

i have two choice :

1) apply early september but with only step 1 and step 2 score + USCE

or


2)apply late october until complete application


i know that many programs require to apply only if u ECFMG certified

any one have a list for programs not require ECFMG certification early ??

Forget about ECFMG as a criterion, many programs last year which had this on their websites were inviting people last year with on only step 1. The main reason is that these programs will never get fresh graduates if they want to apply their criteria.

One of the corner stones in getting more interviews according to my experience is applying on September 1st day (or 1st week no difference) whatever was your score status.

Actually in your case you will have an additional chance over other applicants for your CV to be reviewed again when ERAS updated the PDs with your new score.

APPLY Sept 1st to whatever you can afford, widely.
