Default Not submitting My-ERAS application

Hi friends,

This year I bought my ERAS token , and I received my AAMC-ID number,, which I asked my LOR writers to write it on my letter, they did so and submitted my letters, But now due to some reasons, I am not able to participate in 2015 match, so I am planning to apply next year in 2016.

Suppose we write AAMC ID number in each LOR this time and uploaded them, but in case if we don't participate in match this year , my question is can we use those LORS with AAMC id in it, for next year. (or) I have to buy the token again n I am assuming that we will get new AAMC id no.

In Usmle forum threads, few of them mentioned that I should apply for atleast one program for my documents to be saved like (LoRs,) AND few of them mentioned that I dont need to apply even to one program in order to save my Lors for next year they mentioned just leave it if you are not applying this year, the letter will be automatically saved.

So I am confused, please any one help me regarding this.
