Default 243/242/failed CS yesterday. what now?

I was supposed to apply to this seasons match and I had never in my worst dreams thought of this.
I would like some serious and honest advice. I have no connections in usa and coming from india its a matter of finances too which is a big one. I can't think of applying this year now.
Getting a paid research position is really difficult but I will try for it.
Another option will be to leave all this and go for residency in india and think about USA residency later ??
I am going crazy and all of this seems like end of the world to me. I have been an excellent student all of my life .

I am in same situation, same scores , same usce, failed in ICE component, dont have clue, what to do, finacialy i am so bad too, dont know wat to do, all I am saying my self is to take cs exam again after taking NYCSprep courses for 3 days and know ups and downs of cs exam and retake it. and later in may 2015 I am planing to take step 3 to improve my CV. I know it will take more 10 lakhs from now to next application, and even more 3-4 lakhs extra according to my clacluation. But I dont have any other option, I dont wan to step back now.

Wat your thinking about My-eras application friend, are going to submit it or just leaving it without submiting, I started a thread regarding it. just have look. I need your sugestion regarding this my friend.

Not submitting My-ERAS application

Sorry to hear about your CS. Yours scores are good and you may find a peds position. Try and clear cs in this month/sept and apply. Peds programs arent that competitive. You have a shot at hybrid/community programs
