Default General Surgery with CS Attempt.

Hi,
Anybody can tell me what are my chances in general surgery?
My credentials:
Step 1:230
Step2 CK: 250
Step2 CS: I have an attempt.
2 years of research in surgical specialty. Five publications. Few abstracts.

Should I go for or I don't have a chance?
Have you heard about matching stories in a competitive residency with a CS attempt?
