Default After what score, PD stop distinguishing between candidates?

Hello every one! Kindly tell me after what three digit score the PD stops differentiating between candidates? Some says after 250. Is it true? Or 240 is also competitive? I have one year to complete my steps therefore want to set a realistic goal!

There is no such thing as a perfect score.

Above 240 , they know everybody is almost a robot, and they focus in people with personality and if interview, pleasant and with good bedside manners

IMG's (including me) are so obsessed with USMLE scores, they are in my opinion only a factor among other factors.
Top and mid tier programs give more credit to research experience, publications, presentations, previous residency in your home, hand on clinical experience with the consideration of your scores.

Low tier scores and USCE. research isn't a big factor.
