Mail Sending Letter of recomendation

dear friends,

I am hoping if anyone provide info regarding how I am supposed to send LoR.
I have asked my consultants do one..but do they have to send themselves or can I see them and send them altogether?

also can it be scanned and sent online or do I need to post them?..I am currently working in UK.

thanks for all your help.

Arrow Please see the recommended threads

You have the two options, you can either take it from the consultant send it yourself or you can waive your rights to see the LoR. For which option is better please read here http://www.usmle-forums.com/residenc...ights-not.html

As how to send them please read here

As what to what LoR is good please read here

Default LOR,s

Thank you sir,
Sorry to other you again.
Does that mean I can get LORs from my consultants and put coversheet along with LOR,s and mention Waive my right and post on behalf of my consultants. I am not in USA at the moment, I am in United kingdom ( My consultants are not familiar with this system), they will give me the letter and ask me to do the rest ( I really want to waive my right ), How do I proceed from here.
I presume we need to post this documents to ERAS ?
Please help
Thanks
Manjunath
