I am also kind of worried. If anyone takes CS in June and apply for residency on Sep 1, then when will s/he get his Match result?? because visa is likely to be expired after 6 months ( or after 1 year)..so, how long to stay in the US?? its also a matter of funding yourself, isn't it? please reply.

Interviews will probably be from Oct to Jan at the maximum.. depending when you get it.. After that you can go back home.. You dont have to be in the US for the match, and in the event that you do the documents etc have to be obtained from ur home country including change of visa etc..Hope this helps..

Depends what visa you're going on. If its a visitors visa, you can stay there for a maximum of 6 months from your date of entry.
