Default Observership LOR after sending application

I have no current LOR from USCE, and I have two different observerships in Hospitals lined up after 10th October. But I will have to send the application as soon as I receive my CK result (24h sept).

SO what happens of the LOR I might receive AFTER I send out the application?
my application currently contains LOR from non USCE( basically my med school), which as I hear are often not even read.

Any Suggestions?

But wont they screen me out if I dont have LORs?

If I put LORs from pakistan, they wont be considered effective, as they are pakistani. and I can put the US ones later.

But I have also heard they might screen me out due to absence of LOR.

What do you suggest?
